# mechanobiology
Cell-scale mechanobiology work package covering single and collective
cell motility, receptor relocation on advecting membranes, and
space-time discretization strategies for transport-driven models.
The current repositories for the machanobiology work package are distributed within the git repositories of the University of Brescia:

- Focus: cellular digital twins, advecting membranes, receptor dynamics, and related transport models.
- Based on the project report: numerical modeling is advanced, with ongoing work on Larche-Cahn-type governing equations and scalable space-time formulations.
- Status: placeholder awaiting public repository publication.
